Highlights:

  • extinguish dangerous backfires – using FA flame arresters made from sintered chrome-nickel steel
  • extinguish backfires – using temperature-controlled backflow preventers (TV)
  • prevent the formation of explosive mixtures in the gas supply – using gas non-return valves (NV)
  • ensure a long service life by protecting against contaminants from the gas supply – via filters in the gas inlet
  • Gas types: natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, hydrogen, ethylene (others on request)

Application:

  • the safety devices protect against flame flashback in gas supply systems
  • when corrosive gases are used in the chemical industry, in laboratories or in process engineering
  • Installation can be carried out in any orientation
  • The ambient temperature must not exceed 70°C
  • Without a non-return valve for minimal operating overpressures upstream and downstream of analytical instruments
