WITT safety devices for reliable protection against dangerous flashbacks in accordance with DIN EN ISO 5175-1 for hydrogen up to 17 bar. Every safety device is 100% tested.

Highlights:

  • extinguish dangerous backfires – using FA flame arresters made from sintered chrome-nickel steel
  • extinguish backfires – using temperature-controlled after-flow barriers (TV)

Application:

  • the safety devices protect against flame flash-back in gas supply systems
  • For maximum operating pressures up to 17 bar; for hydrogen, e.g. in flame spraying applications
  • when using corrosive gases in the chemical industry, in laboratories or in process engineering
  • Installation can be carried out in any orientation
  • Gas types: Hydrogen (others on request)
  • The ambient temperature must not exceed 60 °C
